Welcome to ImageVoom ("ImageVoom", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ImageVoom website, applications, and AI-powered image editing services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using ImageVoom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our Services.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Services
ImageVoom provides AI-powered image editing tools including but not limited to:
- AI Image Enhancement
- Background Removal
- AI Facial Restoration
- Image Upscaling
- Magic Image Editing
- Object Removal
- Portrait Enhancement
- Photo Restoration
- Additional AI-powered editing features
We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
Some features require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Provide accurate account information.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.
- Remain responsible for all activities performed under your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
ImageVoom offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions may include additional AI features, higher processing limits, priority access, and faster performance.
Subscription fees are charged according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of premium services.
5. Billing & Renewals
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of every image you upload.
You confirm that you possess all necessary rights, licences, or permissions to upload and edit your content.
You may not upload content that:
- Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal material
- Contains malware or malicious software
- Promotes violence or illegal activities
- Exploits or harms children
- Is defamatory, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
ImageVoom reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
7. Ownership of Edited Images
You retain ownership of both your uploaded images and the edited images generated using ImageVoom, provided your use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
ImageVoom does not claim ownership of your uploaded content or your generated outputs.
8. AI Generated Results
Artificial Intelligence may occasionally generate inaccurate or unexpected results. Users are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it.
9. Commercial Use
Unless otherwise stated, users may use their edited images for both personal and commercial purposes.
You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images does not violate any third-party rights.
10. Intellectual Property
ImageVoom's software, branding, website design, AI technology, logos, graphics, and original content remain the exclusive property of ImageVoom.
Except for your uploaded content and generated outputs, no ownership rights are transferred.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer our software.
- Attempt to bypass security measures.
- Use bots without written permission.
- Overload or interfere with our servers.
- Create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
12. Availability
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, ImageVoom does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may affect service availability.
13. Privacy
Your use of ImageVoom is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
ImageVoom may integrate with third-party providers including cloud storage, payment processors, analytics providers, AI providers, and customer support platforms.
We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third-party services.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageVoom disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageVoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during the previous twelve (12) months.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImageVoom, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your uploaded content.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of another person's rights.
18. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that threaten our Services or other users.
You may discontinue using ImageVoom at any time.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
20. Changes to These Terms
ImageVoom may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
